A man grows most tired while standing still.
-A Chinese Proverb

Being inactive makes us tired, then being tired makes us tired. Sometimes we are put in unavoidable situations where we are inactive, for example, standing in a long line in a store. You are bound to hear a deep sigh, see someone become impatient and start looking around for someone extra to help get the line moving faster. It can be unpleasant when we are just standing doing… nothing. When we finally walk away from waiting, we are relieved but sometimes left with a feeling of being tired because being inactive is tiresome. This proverb warns us about consistently living a sedentary lifestyle. Inactivity can lead to health problems including depression. Remember to keep your mind and body active. Staying active is healthy! It does a body good!

Have a fun action-packed day!
